The Three Most Important Things In Real Estate...
By Larry Goins
I want to share with you what I feel are the three most important things in real estate investing. Keep in mind that I am speaking from investing in real estate as a business. The three most important things in real estate to me are “make offers, make offers and make offers. Real Estate as in any business requires prospects. Our prospects are sellers, tenants and buyers if you sell your properties. I want to concentrate on the sellers. The more sellers you not only meet but make offers to the more properties you will buy.

One
of the greatest books ever written about the philosophy of success is
"Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. This timeless book's principals

Bob Bruss Will Be Missed
For a long time I have received e-mail articles from Bob Bruss. His last article was about "Rent to Own" and I was planning to put it on this site. But when I opened what I thought was the same e-mail to look at the information again-it was another message telling of Bob's sudden passing.
So instead I am posting this link:
Tribute to Bob Bruss.
Bob Bruss will be missed in the world of Real Estate Investing.

How to Get Started Investing in Real Estate
By Dennis Henson
First and most important—In order to start investing in real estate you must either have some money or have access to money. Without access to money you’re going to have a very difficult time getting started (review my report on “A Dozen Ways to Purchase Property with Little or None of Your Own Money”).
Now that you have found some money--the next thing is to find a good mentor (see report on “What to Look for in a Mentor”). A mentor can help you through the toughest part of getting started--completing your first deal.
Let’s get moving…

Real Estate "Signs of Attraction"
By Dennis Henson
Signs should be a major part of any real estate investor’s marketing campaign. Used correctly, signs will pay for themselves many times over and they are invaluable for getting the word out and bringing in interested buyers and renters.
Bandit signs can also be used to help you find new investment properties and drive people to your website, 800 number, cell or office phone.
When it comes to marketing real estate, the number one thing that leads to a contract is when a prospect walks into and falls in love with your property. Your goal should be to use signs effectively to get as many prospects inside your property as possible.
