For most new Investors this will be a foreign concept. What is 2 step marketing 2 step marketing is exactly as it says it is… its 2 steps.

Let me give you an example…

Let’s say I’m running an ad in my local paper. I can cut down on my costs by running a simple ad that says something like…

Sell Your House within 30 days “Guaranteed”

FREE 24hr rec. message 800-521-5487

This is a 2 step marketing campaign. You get your prospects to raise their hand and say that they’re interested in what you have to offer. They then call your FREE 24hr recorded message line to find out what it is that you can do for them. Here’s the kicker… Without your involvement.

When I first started investing I was taking calls from everyone and their mother. My phone was ringing at 900 and 1000pm at night. Every time I went out to dinner with my wife (Carolyn) the phone would ring and ring and ring. Has this happened to you Carolyn was beginning to get peeved (Upset).

So in order for me to get my life back I knew I had to get someone to handle the phone. Besides I was sick and tired of talking to a bunch of un-qualified sellers and buyers. I had to tell them over and over exactly how I buy houses and what it is that I could do for them.

I was beginning to get very frustrated in this business until I was able to let sellers and buyers qualify themselves through my 2 step marketing process which I had NO involvement in.

This 2 step marketing was the key to my survival.

You can use the 2 step marketing method in any letter or postcard campaign.

Why not drive your prospects to a FREE recorded message line and let them decide if they want to work with you or not. I found out the hard way that you should never try and convince someone to work with you. It’s like pulling a cart uphill with no wheels.

Here’s how your 2 step campaign works… You set up a FREE recorded message line with a live operator. You send out your marketing campaigns with your 2 step method getting only interested prospects to raise their hand and want more information. They call your FREE message line to hear your message on what it is you can do for them and then it gives your prospect an option to speak to someone immediately.

Your live operator takes the call professionally and then gets all the pertinent information that you need to have in order to make a decision on whether you have a deal or not. This removes you from the entire process and lets you have your life back.

Besides I’ve found that sellers and buyers would rather get information about what you do in a NON threatening way through a FREE recorded message line. Your Live Operator then emails you the leads while you go out to dinner with your wife, set up showings for your other properties, and yes, even while you’re sleeping, so you’ll never miss another call because you were doing something you enjoy.
